1. This PRIVACY POLICY will explain why THE VIOLIN DOC MUSIC ACADEMY (TVDMA) collects information about you, how we use this information and how we safeguard your privacy. This privacy policy declaration is regarding treatment of personal information collected by TVDMA at theviolindoc@gmail.com and connected digital channels. Personal information is information related to an identifiable person, such as name, email address, phone number etc..

This is voluntarily provided information, and we will not gather information that is not for your benefit. Information from subscribing to newsletters will be stored in Marketing monitor.

We need the information to keep in contact with you and to know your needs in our future relations. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter. We use Marketing monitor to send out our newsletter. Here we can see if you have opened our newsletter and if you have clicked any links. This is useful information for us, so we can see what kind of content you find interesting.

Your information will not be used to other purposes than initially intended.

Only TVDMA, and our suppliers when necessary, will have access to your personal information. We never sell any information to third-parties.

6. How long do we store your information?

If you have a customer relationship with us, we will store your information as long as you are a customer. In cases where we might have a mutual interest in a later cooperation, we will keep your information also after the customer relation has ended.

We will keep necessary information about billing for accounting.

If we are treating personal information about you, you have the right to access your information. The IP-addresses we collect are not connected to a person, and therefore we do not know who this is. The access of personal information by TVDMA is only regarding subscription to our newsletters.
